The Space:

The elevated queen sleigh bed provides both comfort and elegance. In addition, a pullout couch offers extra accommodation, ideal for a child or a guest. The layout, shaped in an L, creates subtle separation between the living and sleeping areas. For remote work, there’s a large desk with ample light and a view. The fully equipped kitchen allows for longer stays, and the heat pump ensures air conditioning comfort. Blackout curtains throughout ensure restful nights after taking in both skyline and harbor views.

As for parking, there is a paid parking garage right across from the building. It costs $10 CAD from 6 PM to 6 AM.❗️

Other Things to Note:

Please note that renovation and construction works are ongoing in the building's common areas, which may cause some dust and minor inconveniences.

However, the apartment itself is spotless and fully equipped for your stay.



This premium downtown location comes with convenient parking options: a garage (PAID) is located directly across the entrance, with free street parking available at night. The building is newly renovated, combining modern conveniences with an unbeatable city-center location.



There is NO designated parking.

Please, note: the apartment is located on the 5th floor, there is an elevator.
