This bright, third floor condo is designed for groups who want a little extra space and flexibility while staying in the heart of Playas del Coco. With vaulted ceilings, an open-concept layout, and an additional sitting area, the condo offers room to spread out and relax. Just 35 minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), it’s an easy arrival and a convenient home base for exploring the beaches, dining, and activities of the area.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Paradizio is a gated condo community ideally located in the heart of Playas del Coco. Set just a short walk from the beach, main street, restaurants, and grocery stores, it offers the convenience of a central location while still feeling private and secure.

Within the complex, guests can enjoy a large community pool, BBQ rancho with outdoor kitchen, and multiple covered seating areas — perfect for relaxing between beach days and exploring the area.


Guests have private access to the condo and share the complex amenities with vacationers and residents of Paradizio.
Unfortunately, the Paradizio complex does not have an elevator.
