The extraordinary nature can be explored by bicycle, horseback or on marked hiking trails. The municipality has no fewer than 6 nature reserves: the Mer Blanche, the Beg-Meil dune, the forest and the ponds of Penfoulic, the polder and dune of Mousterlin, the Wadden Sea of Cap Coz and the most famous, the GlÉnan Islands.
