Air conditioning and heating are available on request for an extra charge. The washing machine is outside in the shared area. The private outdoor space includes a covered terrace, perfect for relaxing.



Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and terrace. The property provides secure storage for motorcycles and bicycles. Recycling rules apply; further details are provided on site. The apartment is in a panoramic spot with open views of the western Ligurian Sea, surrounded by tranquility.



Three or four parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Access to the property is via stairs, but the interior is step-free. Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored securely on site.



Extra sets of bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 pm.

Very narrow and steep road but beautiful view

The road to this place is only for the ones who has no fear of heights.It is not only steep but also narrow. If you have a big car, like Volvo XC 70 this place is not to recommend. But once you reach the place the view is magnificent. This place is all about the view. The host is very friendly and helpful. There are charges and they are explained in the description. We stayed 3 nights, towels, linnen and A/C and taxes in total 114€.
