In a quiet position on top of a hill, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach, south facing position. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: courtyard, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Single garage. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Mairie de Cavalière" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Cavalière" 1.1 km. Tennis 700 m, children's playground 900 m. Nearby attractions: Saint Tropez 35 km, Le Jardin des Méditerrannées 8 km, Magic World 32 km. Hiking paths: Sentiers du littoral. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou, 8 km.

Lovely views.

The views are really what makes this place so special. The villa itself needs updating and the pool is small - perhaps this was reflected in the reasonable rent. A large, broken parasol had been left in situ in addition to a broken sunlounger. Another parasol was delivered fairly promptly in addition to much-needed fans as there is no air con. It was inconvenient having to return sheets and towels to the office in Le Lavendou.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussic

Wir haben schöne Tage in der Villa Etoile Filante verbracht. Der schöne Garten und das Schwimmbad waren einmalig. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und vor allem war es sehr sauber.

Séjour très agréable

Jolie maison ,très belle vue ,piscine très chouette . Dans un lieu très calme , très agréable . Il manque juste la climatisation dans les chambres . Les plaques de cuisson sont peu fonctionnelles.
