Having a private parking spot right on your doorstep in the heart of Grömitz is truly a treat.
From here, it’s just a short walk to the shops, the promenade, the pier, and the beach.
The HANSEHAUS 10 apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached either by taking the stairs (a bit of a workout) or by taking it easy with the elevator.
The interior really stands out and makes you look forward to spending time by the Baltic Sea, no matter the season.
Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds and super-comfortable box-spring beds. One bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), while the other features a double bed (180x200 cm) and a TV. There’s also plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
In addition to the guest restroom, there is another bathroom with a spacious shower area.
The very well-equipped kitchen is cleverly integrated into the open and tastefully furnished living/dining area, which also offers direct access to the large, covered balcony. Weather permitting, outdoor furniture is available here. Smart TV and Wi-Fi are standard features in this property, as is storage space for bicycles or sports equipment you bring with you. - Welcome to the QUARTIERFREUND family!

The property is new and absolutely beautiful, easily accessible by elevator, modernly furnished, and easy to keep clean since there’s “no knick-knacks.” We felt very comfortable there. Thanks to the great windows, we couldn’t hear the supermarket or the parking lot. However, we unfortunately found the beds to be much too weich. Ja, —they’re new, yet you can still feel the indentations. Overall, it was still very nice! Thank you very much.

Very good location. Beautifully furnished, like all the apartments in the Hansehaus. The mattress toppers and pillows in the bedrooms need to be replaced. Otherwise, nothing stands in the way of a wonderful vacation. The cleaning crew deserves special mention. The place was very clean, and there was a thoughtful little gift on the table. We always like to leave a small thank-you gift on the table. We’d love to stay at the Hansehaus again next year. Warm regards
