Our bright and welcoming, wheelchair-accessible, non-smoking vacation rental (approx. 55 m²) — located at the foot of the Gehrenberg, near Lake Constance — awaits you.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a private terrace perfect for relaxing, complete with patio furniture and a charcoal grill.
- Charcoal / garden chairs and lounge cushions provided.
The apartment entrance and the terrace are also accessible.
Our vacation rental features a combined living and dining area.
The sofa in the living area can be pulled out to form a second bed with a width of 1.40 m. (Great for kids!)
The open-concept kitchen was redesigned and partially renovated in 2025. It offers plenty of space and is fully equipped:
Oven / fridge-freezer / dishwasher / microwave / electric kettle / toaster / egg cooker / Senseo pod coffee maker (pods provided)
Oil, vinegar, and basic spices are provided; we also provide you with a small set of dishwashing and basic kitchen supplies.
Our small, wheelchair-accessible bathroom is equipped with: walk-in shower / toilet / sink / hair dryer / washing machine.
You’re welcome to use the washing machine, of course. -Laundry detergent tablets provided
Towels (one per person) are provided.
The bedroom: Futon bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m / Bedding included per person / Wardrobe / Various storage options / A small TV is available. 
There is a storage closet in the entryway: clothes drying rack / laundry basket / ironing board & iron / board games / high chair for children available (upon request).
We also offer entertainment in the form of a flat-screen smart TV (living room), free Wi-Fi, and board games for cozy evenings. Or explore the map—let yourself be surprised.
The entire apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. 
The vacation rental also includes a ground-level parking space and a lockable area for your bicycles.
