Our lovingly furnished vacation rental is located on the first floor and has 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms each have a double bed, one children’s room has a bunk bed (two 90x200 cm beds), and one bedroom has two single beds. This means the apartment can accommodate up to eight people.

Just step across the street, and you’ll find yourself in the forest, which is perfect for relaxing walks.
In winter, it’s also a popular spot for sledding (even in the beautiful Emsland region, it’s not as flat as you might think ☺).

In addition, our “Lena” is equipped as follows:

- Kitchen with dishwasher, appliances, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and more

- Large dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, with a cabinet full of board games

- Bathroom with a walk-in shower

- Guest restroom

- A large sunroom with a spacious seating area, a foosball table, and an electric dartboard.

From the terrace and the sunroom, you have a wonderful view of the garden. This way, you can always keep an eye on the kids while they play, all while relaxing comfortably yourself.

The apartment is in a great central location, so you can go shopping and pick up breakfast rolls at the bakery just about 700 meters away. The train station is about 800 meters from the apartment, making it very easy to travel here by train.

The North Sea is about an hour’s drive away. From there, you can also take ferries to the islands (e.g., Borkum or Norderney).

Need a quick dip to cool off? The Lathen outdoor pool is just 2 km away.

Sprungfrei—the large trampoline park is only 2.6 km away.

In Hilter, 5 km away, there are several pony farms. Feel free to ask us for more information.

16 km away lies Schoß Dankern with its amusement park, the Topas water park, the lake (where you can go water skiing and ride a Seabob), and Spieleland.

23 km away, you’ll find the Surwold recreation area with its fairy-tale forest, a toboggan run, an outdoor pool, mini-golf, and a climbing course.
