Holiday Home 'Casale Siculo' with Wi-Fi, Garden and Terrace

Located in Avola, Casale Siculo offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 150 m² house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and satellite TV are included. Children are welcome, and high chairs are available.



The private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower with a sink. There is also a wood-fired oven outside. The house is just 50 meters from the cliffs (small harbor), and free beaches can be reached on foot in ten minutes or by car in two minutes. Viale Sandro Pertini offers seven kilometers of beach, both public and with beach clubs. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and pharmacies are within one kilometer.



Two parking spaces are available inside the property, plus free street parking. Pets are allowed according to the rules provided at check-in. The house has step-free access and wide doors. The house will be prepared based on the number of guests booked; only registered guests are allowed to stay.



Recycling rules apply; more information is provided on site. For long-haired pets that shed, internal cleaning is available for an extra fee. If guests who usually share a bed request separate rooms, an extra fee applies for preparing the additional room and extra linen, available for an extra fee.
