This vacation home offers both relaxation and tranquility with plenty of space, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the local activities in Burhave that you’d expect from a North Sea vacation.

Built in 2018, this semi-detached home accommodates up to 6 people and is equipped with high-quality amenities. After purchasing it in 2022, we made the following additions: a patio cover, a tool shed with a wall-mounted charging station and outlets for charging e-bikes.
The distances to the sea, the well-known North Sea lagoon, a play barn, and restaurants are just a few hundred meters.

Pets are not allowed.

This is a non-smoking house.

AMENITIES ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Entryway: Coat rack, shoe rack

Utility room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothespins, first-aid kit, cooler bag, high chair, garden furniture cushions (in the tool shed)

Kitchen: Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, 2 bar stools, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, teapot with warmer, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, barbecue utensils

Living area: Table with 6 chairs, sofa, 55-inch TV, reading lamp, books, Nintendo Switch with 2 games, clock, internet radio, board games

UPPER FLOOR AMENITIES:

Bedroom 1:
Bed (180 x 200) with nightstand and small lamp, 2-door wardrobe, dresser with stool, 32-inch TV,
Daylight-filled bathroom integrated into the bedroom with a walk-in, floor-level shower, designer sink, and mirror; hair dryer

Bathroom 1:
Directly accessible from the bedroom.

Bedroom 2:
Bed (180x200) with nightstand and small lamp, 2-door wardrobe, dresser with stool, 32-inch TV; Daylight-filled bathroom integrated into the bedroom with a walk-in, floor-level shower, designer sink and mirror, and a hair dryer.

Bathroom 2: Accessible from the hallway

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed for 2 people, closet, wooden box with toys, nightlight

A stair gate is available upstairs. A portable travel crib for toddlers is also provided.

The initial supply of dishcloths, kitchen towels, dish soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper, as well as utility costs (electricity, water, gas, trash, and Wi-Fi), are of course included in the price.

There is a wallbox at the property. If you arrive in an electric or hybrid vehicle, we charge a rental surcharge of 7.50 EUR per night per vehicle. This will be billed separately after booking.

Upon request, you can add bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels to your booking. The cost for the linens package is 25 EUR per person and will be billed separately prior to arrival, along with the visitor’s tax (guest fee).

During peak vacation periods (summer, fall, Christmas, and Easter breaks), we prefer weekly rentals. The arrival day during summer vacation is Saturday or by arrangement.

Exceptions to this rule apply in the event of booking gaps. Please contact us if needed.
