Your family will be close to it all when you stay at our exceptionally clean, peaceful retreat with central A/C… 0.7mi to Town Neck Beach and the iconic Sandwich Boardwalk, a short walk to great restaurants at the marina and our neighbors at Tree House Brewery!
Relax in our expansive yard, complete with salt marsh views and a tree swing! Its iconic Cape Cod right at your doorstep!

Town Neck Beach is a truly unique spot where you can enjoy warm, calm marsh waters perfect for kayaking and floating, or head to the bay side for cooler water and ocean breezes. The nearby boardwalk is perfect for scenic walks, or even a jump into the water.

Tucked into a quiet area near the bridge, this home allows for easy access on and off the Cape while avoiding heavy traffic, and it's not overly crowded, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway.

You will never get bored with close access to multiple beaches, bike trails, mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, boutique shopping, Sandwich Glass Museum, Heritage Museum and Gardens, local craft fairs, farmers markets, kayaking, boating, many historical sites such as the Grist Mill and Hoxie House, a fish hatchery and the iconic Sandwich boardwalk.

The house itself is a clean, spacious, updated retreat, allowing you to feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen is spacious, organized and fully supplied for a home-cooked meal. The oversized yard is complete with Blackstone grill and picnic table. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath for privacy, with a full bathtub. The home is supplied with board games and plenty of sitting area to gather as a family.

Over the years, we've made countless memories here with family and friends, and it has become our ''happy place''.

You're just a short walk to the marina with excellent restaurants, as well as charming village shops.
