(1) Quiet Time/ Sound equipment restrictions. It shall be unlawful for an owner, operator, or
occupant of a STR or B&B to use or allow the use of amplified sound equipment that produces
sound audible beyond the property line of the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00
a.m. - You may enforce a stricter policy
(2) On-premises Curfew. It shall be unlawful for an owner, operator, or occupant of a STR or B&B
to allow the congregation of occupants outside at the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m.
and 7:00 a.m. - You may enforce a stricter policy
(3) TRASH DAYS: 7 AM TUESDAY
PLEASE PLACE TRASH IN TRASH CAN.
City ordinance requires residential waste to be out at the designated collection location (street) no earlier than 6 p.m. of the evening before and no later than 6:30 a.m. of the collection
day.
Remove bins from curbside no later than 9 a.m. the day following collection. (Wednesday).
The property owner may be subject to citations if trash is incorrectly placed.
(4) Special events prohibited.
(5) Parking. No more than four (4) vehicles may park on the driveway or in the garage. Street
parking is prohibited.
(6) Occupancy Limits. Please refer to Occupancy Limits.
Total Occupants Permitted - 4 occupants (ex. 2 Adults + 2 Children or any other combination
limited adults to 4)
Total Adults Occupants Permitted - 4 adult occupants
No more than 4 unrelated individuals
(7) Local contact for emergencies

Complementary supplies provided on arrival, but cannot be refilled.

Disturbances to neighbors (i.e. shouting, loud music and other noises) will not be tolerated and may result in a booking cancellation
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property (including the private balcony)
Maintenance personnel may service the unit from time to time to include general maintenance, housekeeping, & pest control. We may not be able to inform you when the maintenance personnel will arrive.
Lost key fee is $125
All visitors (even the ones not staying over night) is classify as a guest. you will need to update reservation and inform host
Smoking fee $300
Item return fee is $25 + cost of shipping

** Flexible Check-in Option:

Check-in between 1 PM and standard check-in time: $25 per hour.
Check-in before 1 PM: Pay the previous night`s rate.

Please note that early check-in or late check-out requests are not guaranteed at the hourly rate (25$ per hour), as it depends on the cleaner finishing early on check-in day. For a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to pay the previous night`s rate.
