• There is nearby construction in the area, and the access road to the villa is currently uneven in parts. This is common in developing areas of Uluwatu, and our team is happy to assist with arrival guidance if needed.
• Bali is a tropical island, so harmless insects, reptiles, or small animals may occasionally be seen in or around the villa.
• Due to tropical weather and local infrastructure, rare interruptions to electricity, water supply, hot water, or Wi-Fi may occur.
• Parking is suitable for scooters. Please contact us in advance if arriving by car so we can assist with parking options.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, kitchen, private pool, rooftop terrace, and outdoor spaces. The property is exclusively yours during your stay.

No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
No smoking inside the villa (outdoor smoking permitted).
No pets unless approved in advance.
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Excessive mess or damage may result in a cleaning or repair fee.
Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
