Terraced house "Le Mimosa Normand". Outside the resort, 900 m from the centre of Dives sur Mer, 850 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: garden 90 m2 (fenced), public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 900 m, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 900 m, bus stop "Roseraie" 600 m, sandy beach 850 m, thermal baths "Thalazur" 3 km. Sports harbour 350 m, golf course (18 hole) 4.5 km, minigolf 1.6 km.
3-room terraced house 72 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Tassimo) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace, garden, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.

Fantastic property

We all loved our stay here. The agents were very pleasant. The property is in a very good location, easy walks to the old town, Cabourg and Houlgate. Easy reach to all the Normandy beaches. We were out most of the time but we enjoyed the time we spent at the property

Lovely house and garden, unfortunately didn't like that the toilet and shower was downstairs. One of our party is blind, it was very unsafe for him to use the toilet through the night.

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit in diesem kleinen Häuschen, dessen Lage sowohl für entspannte Tage am Strand als auch Ausflüge ins Hinterland ideal ist. Am Tisch im Garten kann man sehr angenehm essen. Der Garten könnte allerdings etwas gepflegter sein. Außerdem wären Liegestühle/Sonnenliege toll! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Platz genug für 5 Personen

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern unterwegs und haben uns in dem Häuschen wohl gefühlt. Die Bedienung des Türschlosses sollte vor Ort evtl. vorher erklärt werden, da dies für uns nicht ersichtlich war. Ebenfalls die genaue Mülltrennung.

Wunderschöne Normandie

Dives und Cabourg sind beide hübsche Orte. Die ganze küste ist sehenswert. Strand mit vielen Muscheln und sehr lang und breit. Perfekt! FeWo sehr nett. Zentral aber ruhig. Im Juni! In der Saison ist sicher mit lauten Nachbarn rechts und links zu rechnen. Strand erreichbar durch eine Brücke. Garten etwas ungepflegt. Liegestühle im Garten waren wünschenswert! In der Küche fehlen Topflappen, Tischdecke und zur Pfanne passende Deckel. Ansonsten alles ok!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Ruhige Lage im Ort, Räume großzügig, Küchengeräte neu. Verbessungsmöglichkeiten: neuer Kühlschrank. Nicht alle Möbel waren neu und stabil (für großen Mann).
