Beautiful villa "Alwena". Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Grimaud, in the residential district, 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. Private: well-kept garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) lawn, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with alarm system. Pool house with fridge and cooking stove, boules. Shop 4 km, grocery 300 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 800 m, sandy beach "Les Prairies de la mer" 1.4 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km, sailing school 5 km, tennis 4 km, cycle lane 800 m. Nearby attractions: Saint Tropez 11 km, Sainte Maxime 11 km, Plages de Pampelonne 17 km, Cannes 85 km, Nice 110 km, Monaco 130 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Le Lac de Sainte Croix 98 km. Hiking paths: Le Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Traumhaus mit Pool an Toplage

Wunderschönes modernes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Aussenküche, grandioser Pool, sehr ruhige Lage und nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt: Fantastisch! Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre noch eine Aussendusche. Herzlich Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir in Alwena verbringen durften!

traumhafter Sommerurlaub

Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ein Garant für einen schönen, entspannten Sommerurlaub. Die Außenanlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Outdoor-Küche eine Bereicherung. Das Haus ist innen gepflegt aber an manchen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sollten teilweise renoviert werden und die Betten gehören erneuert.
