Our high-quality vacation rental “Zauberland” invites you to spend wonderfully relaxing vacation days!<br><br>From the back of the house, a spiral staircase leads you up to the bright and well-laid-out apartment (first floor + attic). It features a spacious living and dining area, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest restroom. Enjoy the sun and fresh North Sea air on your private south-facing balcony as well as on the terrace with a beach chair and barbecue area in the basement. <br><br>Custom-made furniture and harmonious color schemes ensure a cozy atmosphere. The modern kitchen lets you become a true gourmet even while on vacation. So, convivial evenings with a 4-course meal are guaranteed! In the living/dining room, the bench with a dining table and chairs creates a cozy atmosphere. You can also relax on the couch to read a book or watch TV. The living room opens onto the sunny south-facing balcony. <br><br>The comfortable double beds in the three separate bedrooms are so cozy, you’ll hardly want to get out of bed! The two master bedrooms are located on the first level (bed sizes: 180 x 200 and 140 x 200). Each has access to a separate bathroom. After a walk on the beach, treat yourself to a bubble bath or a visit to the apartment’s private sauna! The bedroom on the loft (top floor) also features a double bed (160 x 200). The sloped ceilings create a particularly cozy atmosphere. All bedrooms are equipped with modern TVs. Note: Due to the sloped ceilings, the bedroom on the top floor is more suitable for children or teenagers. The steep staircase is not suitable for everyone (see photo). <br><br>Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available at no charge.<br><br>This is a non-smoking apartment, and we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed. From November through March, the balcony furniture is not available.
