The entrance leads over an internal stair directly in the vestibule. Ground floor entrance doors to the ground floor apartment and internal stairs lead to the front door of the first floor apartment. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 additional beds at bunk bed (upstairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Garica. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday house with private pool consists of two apartments, each with two bedrooms, equipped kitchen with dining room, bathroom and balcony. One apartment is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor of the holiday home. The house is rented as a whole, not by apartments. The house is located in a village Garica 7 km from the nearest beach. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
