Rise N Shine

The Space:

With a beautifully landscaped and fenced backyard and all of the necessary amenities, Rise N Shine is the perfect Michigan vacation destination for you and your loved ones! This charming cottage is located within walking distance of downtown Saugatuck‚Äôs shops and restaurants (a half-mile west), which also makes for a relaxing bike ride. The property is also only a mile from the area's most popular beach, Oval Beach. Quieter Douglas Beach (two miles southwest) and Saugatuck Dunes State Park (four miles north) are nearby as well. After a gorgeous day spent out on Lake Michigan, relax on the deck or out front inside the three-season, screened front porch, furnished with a patio table set and comfortable lounge chairs and equipped with a split heating/air-conditioning unit. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, air-conditioning, and access to streaming TV services using your own accounts. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.

House was very clean on arrival. Great for exploring the area. The fenced in backyard was the reason we booked and it was worth it. Would stay here again. Loved the porch room!

Great location. Straight walk down the street to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood/street. Great fenced yard for the corgis. Loved all the windows and French doors. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Fantastic House

We always enjoy our stay at Rise 'N Shine - it is a beautiful and well maintained property. It is close enough to downtown Saugatuck for a stroll for dinner, and far enough away so as to avoid the crowds of summer visitors. First rate in all respects!

Beautiful home so close to town! Great neighborhood for walking and exercising pets. Be careful on the porch—slick when wet and the top step isn’t marked. Lighting can be wonky, and the beds are . . . In need of an upgrade. Kitchen was well-stocked with high-end appliances. TV was nice. Backyard was great with dogs. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

This was our fourth stay at Rise N Shine. It's an impeccable house in a great location - a short walk to the center of town, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect house

Was a perfect stay for my bestie and me. Loved the option of the four seasons porch to feel outside when it was raining. Only less than a half mile walk to downtown Saugatuck.

Perfect get-away spot

This property was everything it was advertised! The house was spotless and really well laid out. We had our two dogs with us and the fenced in yard was perfect for them. We had a perfect time doing absolutely nothing for a few days, which is exactly what we were looking for! Will go back again!

Nice area for a getaway

Nice property layout and linens were clean. There is a bit of a smell, but somewhat to be expected with it being dog friendly focused. You get a response in a timely manner to address any questions which helped.

Great stay!

This property was adorable. It was perfect for a girls weekend. When we showed up the driveway had not been plowed so that was a small challenge but otherwise everything else was great! The beds were so comfortable! We would definitely go back again!
