The balcony offers a fantastic spot to unwind and lounge while taking in the sunset. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare memorable homemade meals for the crew, including all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area off the kitchen makes a great gathering place to enjoy your homemade feasts and game nights. The primary bedroom overlooks the ocean with easy access to the beachfront balcony. This suite also boasts a smart TV and an en suite bath that has been redone.

A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
