Ideal starting point for hikes (Rhine-Burgen-Wanderweg) and bicycle tours along the Rhine or mountain bike tours in the Binger Forest.
Or visit one of the surrounding castles and the picturesque little towns to the left and right of the Rhine.
Bacharach, St. Goar - with the legendary Loreley rock, Rüdesheim and Bingen are only a few kilometers away.
Vineyards as far as the eye can see.

Best vacation rental ever

A beautiful two bedroom home with a stocked kitchen and great location to all of that the Rhine Valley has to offer. Wonderful hosts, a pool the kids loved and spectacular backyard where we could enjoy dinner outside. We were even welcomed with treats for the adults and kids!. By far the best vacation rental experience we've ever had; a home away from home.

Lovely property and a great location to explore the Rhine valley

The apartment was a lovely layout and in great condition. The garden was beautiful and we really enjoyed using the pool. Monika and Klemens were friendly and helpful hosts. We hired a car from Mainz and enjoyed taking day trips. We would love to come back next year!

Fabulous, comfortable property in a wonderful location

Superb, roomy, clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment in outstanding location in the Middle Rhine valley. Hosts live on site, were very welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a wonderful holiday in this stunning area of Germany. Highly recommended.

Exceeds All Expectations!

By far the best rental experience of all time! This apartment is beautifully appointed, and our host went above and beyond to make it an extra special stay. The property is immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable and we really enjoyed relaxing in the gorgeous garden with some local wine. There were many interesting and fun things to do in the area, I only wished we’d stayed longer! I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. Monika made us feel like family and it was a true pleasure all around.

Very nice place to stay!

We had a very pleasant stay! Monika and Klemens are very friendly. It was nice meeting them as well. The house was clean and there was already some water, wine and lovely chocolate in the house. Rooms and beds were good. Everything you need is The garden is much bigger than we thought and we could make use of it. It has a very nice view to the other side of the river. Further there is a pool as well. There was no water in it yet but very nice for children in a warmer period. We can absolutely recommend this place to family's up to 4 till 6 persons.

Cozy home

When I saw this house for the first time in Vrbo I knew that’s the perfect place for my family and our friends.We met there to share my holiday and everything was perfect.It is very big house,clean,cozy and the property manager is so kind.She will help you with everything you need.There wii be nothing to miss you.The garden is so beautiful.The location is near to castles,to Rhein.You can make trip on the lake .You must enjoy this place.Thank you for the hospitality !🌹

Fantastic and idyllic home overlooking the Rhine

We stayed in this holiday apartment in August 2023 with our two children aged 8 and 6. The apartment is very comfortable and stylish and we were provided with everything we needed. The coffee machine is the best we’ve had! Our children loved the swimming pool and garden. The location of the apartment is great for exploring the Rhine valley castles and the area more generally. We took our bikes, which were easy to store, and the Rhine valley cycle path is easy to get to from the apartment. Monika and Klemens are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and they very attentive. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay!

Wonderful

Our 4 night stay in Trechtingshausen was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was spacious, immaculate and very well appointed. The garden is beautiful and provides immediate access to a network of hiking trails that are well worth the effort. We rented e-bikes in nearby Bingen and cycled along the Rhine and into the nearby neighbouring towns, vineyards and historic sites. The Burg Reichenstein is within walking distance and should not be missed. In addition to Bingen, the local train will easily get you to Bacharach and other towns that highlight the region. Monika, our host, was very friendly and helpful in making our trip a delight. We hope to get back there soon.

Es war von vorne bis hinten ein toller Aufenthalt und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Selten findet man eine Ferienwohnung in der man so umsorgt wird und die Kommunikation so einfach und nett läuft. Moni und Klemens tun alles dafür, dass man sich in der besten Mischung aus Zuhause-Wohlfühlfeeling / Hotelservicefeeling / Ferienwohnungsfreiheitsfeeling befindet. Den beeindruckenden Garten konnten wir aufgrund von wechselhaftem Wetter und unserer noch sehr kleinen Kinder (1 Jahr) nicht viel nutzen, aber: dann kommen wir in den nächsten Jahren eben nochmal wieder! Die Gegend ist toll und (eigenes Auto sowie Wanderfreude (oder auch Fahrradliebe) vorausgesetzt) bietet viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Unser Urlaub hat erfüllt, was wir erhofft hatten und die gemütliche Wohnung hatte einen großen Anteil daran. Danke.

Sehr gepflegte, sehr hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Mit allem, was man für einem angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Monika und Klemens waren sehr engagiert und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Der Garten zur Mitbenutzung ist wunderschön angelegt mit toller Aussicht und die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert. Am Rhein ist ein schöner Sandstrand. Von Bahnhof Trechtingshausen fahren die Züge im Stundentakt Richtung Bingen/ Mainz und nach Koblenz. Es gibt eine Anlegestelle für Linienschiffe. Supermärkte und Discounter sind etwa 15 Autominuten entfernt. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für einen interessanten Urlaub.Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung und Gastgeber

Es war super! Die Ferienwohnung hat nicht nur alle Sterne verdient, sondern noch 5 Sterne plus!! Es gab nichts, was nicht vorhanden war und hat man etwas nicht gleich gefunden, hat man nur nicht richtig nachgeschaut. Hier werden alle Wünsche erfüllt, wir wurden umsorgt, konnten die Vermieterin rederzeit erreichen und sie Stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn es gewünscht war. So einen netten Aufenthalt hatten wir noch nie und wir sind oft unterwegs. Danke an unsere Gastgeber! Ihr seid toll!

Es fehlte an nichts :)

Wir durften ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Der Ort ist per Zug gut an Bingen angebunden und die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten.

Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut einwandfrei mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.Highlight war der wunderschöne Garten mit einem tollen Pool,was uns den Aufenthalt noch mehr versüßt hat. Entspannter Urlaub in sehr schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Woche am Rhein sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Innen und außen ist alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war war alles vorhanden; genauso wie man sich das wünscht. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar, aufmerksam und super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank.

Ferienwohnung Deluxe

Einfach nur perfekt. Super sauber, alles da für einen schönen Urlaub und sogar viel mehr als man es bei einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Die Aufteilung und Moderne der Wohnung gefiel uns sehr gut und die Gartenmitbenutzung war außergewöhnlich. Die Kommunikation war schon im Vorfeld sehr gut und wurde um viel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit vor Ort ergänzt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die nicht so gut ausgebaute ÖPNV Anbindung und das Fehlen von Geschäften im Ort, da kann die FeWo aber natürlich nichts für. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten mit unseren 2 Kindern (Baby und Kleinkind) eine wunderschöne Zeit hier. Die Wohnung ist super gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und schön. Besonderes Highlight ist natürlich der liebevoll gestaltete und gepflegte Garten mit Pool, hier gab es für unsere Tochter viel zu entdecken. In der Umgebung kann man mit Kindern schöne Ausflüge machen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, wir können ihre Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Schöne Zeit in einer tollen Ferienwohnung am Rhein

Ja, wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit am Rhein. Die Wohnung in Trechtingshausen ist strategisch gut gelegen für Tagesausflüge zwischen Loreley und Rüdesheim. Die Wohnung, was soll ich sagen, war einfach perfekt. Sie ist wertig und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Voll ausgestattete Küche, ein tolles Bad, ein gemütlichliches Wohnzimmer und alles topp gepflegt und funktionell. Hinzu dann auch noch ein schön angelegten Garten mit Pool. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, und mehr. Wie Frau Rösch gesagt hat, anreisen mit Badehose und Zahnbürste einpacke, los geht's. Wir danken der Familie Rösch für die tolle Gastfreundlichkeit, wir haben uns schon vor der Anreise gut betreut gefühlt. Und vor Ort waren die Gastgeber immer für uns da um uns den Aufenthalt unvergesslich werden zu lassen. Vielen vielen Dank dafür. Liebe Grüße 👋 👋 👋

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, langes Wochenende! Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Garten, der mitgenutzt werden kann, ist sehr schön und man kann super entspannen! Die Gastgeber sind total herzlich und helfen bei Problemen sofort weiter! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
