The Space:

One bedroom, one bath units located close to downtown area. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washer, dryer and central air. No pets, please. NO SMOKING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Awesome central location. They could use easier/simpler door locking mechanism. Over all great stay. Very roomy and better appointed than other places I’ve stayed

Great condo! Could not pick a better location right on the beach. Amazing sunrises from the balcony :-) Host was very quick to respond with any issues or questions I had. Would definitely stay here again

When I checked in parking pass was supposed to be on the back of the door. There was no parking pass. I told the lady over the app if I get towed, it’s on you guys. She then proceeded to tell me it’ll be there in the morning never showed.. also didn’t have any Internet at all cause didn’t have the Wi-Fi password because the TV didn’t work and the TV she kept saying I had to talk into the TV remote while the TV didn’t work so how was I supposed to talk the TV remote, I personally went out bought batteries to put in the TV myself still didn’t work stayed very communicative asked for a reimbursement or a three nights stay or something because it has been absolutely horrible with my three kids no Wi-Fi for their tablets no Internet to watch in the morning. No TV to watch cartoons. It’s been horrible.
