The Space:

The best of the best awaits at this condo! Perfect for couples, a small family, and solo travelers, this oceanfront retreat comes equipped with all the essentials to spend a breezy and carefree getaway! A sparkling community outdoor pool awaits as well, so don't hesitate to pay it a visit and enjoy a refreshing splash. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful view

Loved the view from the balcony. The chairs were comfy out there too. It seems to have been recently renovated. The kitchen counters were nice. Parking was great. We enjoyed our time there. Bathroom's little small but adequate.

Our Family End-of-Summer Getaway =)

This was the second year I took my kids to Ocean City and it was great! We had a lovely stay at this unit; The ocean view is amazing and it's literally steps away from the beach. We were able to watch the sunrise on the beach side and also the sun set on the city side. The communication with property management was great and the community is family friendly.

Fantastic

This property is a hidden gem! Immaculate, spacious, and great views from both sides (ocean and bay). Would love to come back but Vacasa fees are ridiculous (especially when it's just two of us who clean after ourselves), so likely will not revisit.

Nice little place to stay.

We've stayed at numerous condos and rentals in OC over the years. This was pretty typical. No issues. Would have liked an internet connection, but that's really the only complaint. Bed was nice. Place was clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. Price was a little steep, but inflation has driven up all the prices unfortunately. We may not have gone to OC this fall except this place was a few hundred cheaper than the others - and we booked in the middle of the season.
