The Space:

This midrise two-bedroom home enjoys a prime oceanfront location in Ocean City and is the perfect place to spend a fun-filled vacation with friends and family! You'll love kicking back in the living room to watch a good ballgame or your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV after a long, leisurely walk along the lapping shoreline. The central AC will keep everything nice and cool during those hot summer afternoons, and you can savor your first cup of coffee while taking in the salty sea air out on the private balcony. Things to Know Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

The property was in a great location. Rooms were nice size. However, the WiFi was terrible!!! No tv for service at all. WiFi kept going in and out so the cable also kept going in and out. Basically no tv the entire stay. That was a big problem. The tubs in each bathroom were dirty. I had to clean each bathroom as soon as we entered the room. It was ok but I will never stay there again.

Perfect in Every Way!

Everything was great, location is perfect, condo was very clean, nice and cool after a hot day on the beach and quiet. Beds were comfy. PERFECT! We will definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Stayed for Sunfest weekend. Unit was just as described and better! Pictures don’t do it justice. Simple and neutral decor. Very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Views were beautiful. Great location. I will definitely rent again.

Best stay away from home

We truly loved this place! The pictures don't do it justice. The beds are comfortable, and the view is awesome! The beach is right off the side steps along with a rinse-off shower and hose. They supply sand toys, chairs, umbrella, and a bike! The washer and dryer is very convenient (especially when your kid drops the towel straight in a puddle of water)!. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all meals. It's very clean, and the carpet feels fairly new. We definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful place to stay!

The Constellation House, 209, was a wonderful place to stay with my family of five. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, including a Ninja air fryer as a bonus. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well every night. Linens were included and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The washer and dryer (large capacity) were very convenient and great to have available. The overall condo was clean, comfortable, and felt much larger than the pictures showed. The balcony was spacious and the view is beautiful! You are directly in front of sand dunes, but high enough to see and hear the ocean waves. It is also very private and quiet. In past visits to Ocean City we've stayed in high rises and greatly enjoyed staying in a smaller building this time. Parking was easy and convenient. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. There's an elevator available and we never waited more than one minute (on check in and check out day). As always, the beach in Ocean City is one of our favorites. The amazing shoreline changes every day and we are always excited to see what the morning will bring. This is my families seventh year coming to Ocean City and The Constellation House was by far our favorite place to stay!
