The vacation home is located in the heart of the quiet, idyllic village center of Polchow, just a few minutes’ walk from the Großer Jasmunder Bodden.
Built in 2020, the vacation home features two vacation apartments—one on the first floor and the other on the upper floor.
The garden next to the house is available for shared use.
You can park your car on the property.

The “Lieblingsinsel” vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and has a balcony.
The 3-room apartment, with a living area of 61 square meters, can accommodate 4 people.
The living-dining room with an integrated, open kitchen is modern and decorated in light colors. In addition to a cozy sofa area with a flat-screen TV, there is a large dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and, of course, a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
There is a bathroom with a shower. A parking space is available at the house.
