Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Peaceful get away

The condo itself was lovely for the price, the location is great. The only issue was upon check-in. We were not given the correct key, but this was resolved with a phone call. We were also not given the shower key for outside to rinse our feet, so we used a bucket outside of the condo.

We had issues with the door keys and the hose key. We called then 2x. Neither issues were addressed. We’re just lucky the key didn’t break off in the lock. It took 10/15 minutes to lock & unlocked the door after jiggling & jiggling the key. Wasted time when you could have been enjoying the beach etc. 10/15 minutes per couple times a day times 7 days adds up. Maybe the owners received a deal from vasca who knows. They should go back to the old rental company OR maybe we’re just a middle class family not spending thousands and thousands of dollars…. Who knows.

Great location and beautiful ocean view from 3rd floor corner unit. We had difficulty with entry keypad. Phoned management company and they tried to assist over the phone. We were using the correct code but they finally said that perhaps the battery was low and that is why it wasn't working as it was showing a red light before you could enter the entire code. They directed us to a lockbox in the stairway immediately behind our door that they said was utilized by the cleaning crew. Lock box was very difficult to open, but my husband finally succeeded and we got inside the unit! Next...wifi password did not work. Phoned management company again and they tried to assist over the phone. I was using the password that was emailed to me. Same password was entered in owner's notebook on kitchen counter. Mgmt company said someone would get back to me. Several hours later, still not working so I called mgmt company again. They sent over a neighbor who knew the owner. Very nice man contacted owner's daughter to discover correct password was not provided...wasn't correct in owner's notebook either. Once I had correct info we had access to wifi. Also, he helped with the door keypad...code was correct but instructions were not correct. It was easier to use the key from the lockbox for the remainder of our stay.Nice size unit but needs a thorough cleaning especially the carpeting. Bottom line, it was a nice location and served the purpose for a few days in OCMD.
