The Space:

For a beach day head to Maryland Beach, for sun, surf, and sand. And when hunger strikes, rest assured that a delicious meal and drink are easily found at one of the many local eateries, ranging from barbecue to pizza, to bakeries, and everything in-between. Back at your stay, enjoy a great list of amenities and sheer comfort. Walking inside, you'll take notice of the well-equipped kitchen with its ample counter space. The adjacent living room's balcony overlooks peek-a-boo ocean views and the beautiful Maryland sky. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Parking was easy and plentiful. The location was great and only a 2 min walk to the beach. We loved the balcony and the view of the ocean. The interior was modern, well decorated and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again!

The furniture was falling apart and flaking. Carpets in living room and bedroom were not clean and when we ran the vacuum had tons of dog hair. The overall place looked clean and had a great king bed. Building elevator broke...had to squeeze out then use steps.....not fun with a dog in winter weather. The unit had everything we needed. It was nice just needs some minor updates.

Shell Yeah It Was Perfect!

This beautifully decorated and maintained large one bedroom condo is exceptional. We absolutely loved our stay here, and so did our dog Jack! He loved sunning himself on the balcony watching the ocean. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Nice off season getaway

Lovely short trip to the ocean. Unit was fine. Elevator in the building was slow and sounded like each ride might be it’s last!

Awesome Rental!!!

The property was clean and well suited for myself and my husband. We were perfectly located between the OC Inlet and Rehoboth. You can tell the properties owners really care about their property and make an effort to take of their rental. The place is small, but there is plenty of storage. And it’s so comfortable. After a long day in OC, we looked forward to relaxing in the evenings. I’d definitely recommend this property!!

Do it!

Big fan of this location - we will be booking this same apartment next year! Great location, super cute little space for just two. The balcony is great! It rained during the time we were there and we were content with just staying inside and playing games. No issues with neighbors or noise, just extremely chill. Very clean! Thanks so much!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in the clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated Shell Yeah. The building was well maintained with quiet, mature neighbors. Parking was plentiful. Slept great in the quiet bedroom (great ceiling fan) with a super comfy mattress. Enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony with a fantastic view. Great beach that isn’t overcrowded by OC standards. Shell Yeah is within walking distance of our favorite dining and entertainment. Oh and worth mentioning- we were impressed to walk into a pup friendly condo and not spot a single dog hair.
