The Space:

This oceanfront condo has it all! New furnishings, first-floor access, and a quiet uptown location. Being located on the first floor, you'll enjoy having the marvelous benefit of getting to step out onto the sand right from the private patio's gate. Call any day a beach day with private beach access right at your fingertips! When your toes aren't dug into the sand, head for Lost Treasure Golf, Northside Park, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, the Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, and Fenwick Island State Park. When you need an escape from the sun, the bright interior of your retreat welcomes you with open arms. Lined with nautical-themed decorations, every inch of this condo is ready to host special family memories. Every convenience you need is here, central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access. Play a board game or two, whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, and most importantly, sleep soundly each evening under the plush linens in each of the bedrooms. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We sacrificed view for a beach walk out and it was awesome. The unit was well stocked, especially if you are a coffee lover. The furniture was comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great location and condo.

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. We hope to come back soon. We would have liked more place settings for our party of 5 since we cook often. There were only 4 settings of silverware and plates and 3 coffee mugs.

Pre-Vacation

My husband and I booked this condo for us and our son-in-law’s parents as a pre-vacation before our kids and grandchildren come and join us in a larger house the following week. It was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and great location. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Totally relaxing

This house was the perfect location for our beach getaway. Even though we couldn’t see the ocean from our condo, we could hear it right over the Bluffs. We were far enough away from the boardwalk to be away from the crowds, but a quick car ride and we were there.

Lovely condo in a great location! Very spacious! My parents stayed with us and my mother uses a walker. The condo and, most importantly, the bedroom was spacious enough she did not have trouble maneuvering around. Will definitely visit again!

Very Clean

This place was great. It was very clean with new couches and area rugs. The direct beach access was wonderful, especially with two little ones. We had everything we needed with a few beach chairs included. My only suggestion is to add blackout curtains to the bedrooms. The white window shades let in all the light. The smart lock was convenient as we did not have to check in at the Vacasa office and there was no keys to misplace or lock yourself out accidentally. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy beach access and the "sandbox" backyard perfect for anyone with kids

Loved being able to walk out the living room to the shared, fenced-in "sandbox" backyard. Kept our toddler entertained even when we weren't at the ocean. Also, being on the ground floor and not having to deal with elevators or stairs made getting to the beach super easy. Pleasantly surprised to see the owner replaced the carpet in the living/dining rooms with LVP (much better for a rental, IMO) and replaced the master bedroom window and blinds from what's in the photos. Both improvements helped modernize the feel of the place. The kitchen and bathrooms are what they are, but most things were well-maintained, and the property owner seems to really care about the place. Also, uncommonly clean for a Vacasa rental. Would stay here again.

Nice place

This was a very clean nice condo. It is oceanfront but no view because of the dunes. But it is steps from the beach. Furniture looks new. Beds were comfy enough and linens were provided. It has been partially upgraded. Enough to make it look nice but still had some retro features. Did not use it but it had a fairly big laundry / utility room if staying a full week. Only negative was the padded toilet seat in master bedroom. I had not seen one in years and was never a fan, especially in a rental.

We experienced an extremely disappointing and disheartening situation with this property. Due to an unexpected and serious family emergency, we were unable to travel for our scheduled stay. We reached out to the host immediately, explained the circumstances, and asked for a simple date change later in the year. We did not request a refund. We only asked to move the reservation — something that would have still allowed them to re‑rent the original week and avoid any financial loss.Their response was a flat refusal with zero flexibility, zero empathy, and zero willingness to work with us during a genuinely difficult time. There was no attempt to understand, no compassion, and no effort to find even a partial solution. It was made very clear that policies mattered more than people.We fully understand that hosts have rules and cancellation terms, but most reputable and humane property owners show at least a basic level of understanding when a family emergency occurs. That was not the case here. Instead, we were met with rigidity and indifference, and we ultimately lost the entire cost of our stay.While we cannot change what happened to us, we can warn others. I hope that anyone considering this property takes our experience seriously. If you value kindness, communication, and even the slightest bit of human compassion, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere. There are many hosts who treat their guests with respect and understanding unfortunately, that was not our experience
