The Le Bonatte farm located in the heart of the Chianti Classico is made up of two real estate units (the farmhouse and the annex). The farmhouse, which can accommodate up to ten people, is not equipped with heating and is free on 3 sides while on one side it borders the owners' house and at 50 meters. away from the farmhouse there is the other real estate unit (the annex) which can accommodate up to four people. Cosy, simple farmhouse "Le Bonatte". 1.5 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 39 km from the centre of Siena, 56 km from the centre of Firenze, located by a road. For shared use: natural garden. Private: swimming pool fenced (5 x 9 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 10.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, washing machine (extra), heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Cook on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 50 m. Nearby attractions: Castello di Meleto 9 km, Gaiole in Chianti 10 km, Castellina in Chianti 13 km, San Donato 18 km, Badia a Passignano 21 km, San Gimignano 45 km.
