The landscape in Ramsau am Dachstein, with its impressive mountain scenery, is well worth a visit in both summer and winter. Nestled amid this stunning backdrop in the Ramsau Ort neighborhood, our Silberdistel guesthouse is located right on the hiking trail and the Sonnenloipe cross-country ski trail, and its warm, family-friendly atmosphere invites you to relax and feel at home.

Our guesthouse is situated in a sunny location less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Ramsau. There you’ll find restaurants, a pizzeria, a hair salon, a supermarket, ski rentals, a ski lift, and ski schools. From the nearby bus stop, you can reach the Dachstein Glacier with its varied slopes and ski trails in just 15 minutes.

As a vacation home, we offer a fully equipped apartment with plenty of space for 2 to 6 people—choose between 66 m² or 85 m². The apartment is located on the first floor of the house, which is otherwise used exclusively for private purposes. Light-colored wood, 2 to 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms, one of which is equipped with two separate beds, making it ideal for a family vacation. The apartment features a shower and separate toilet, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and toilet in the third bedroom. The spacious balcony with a magnificent view of the Rittisberg and the surrounding ski mountains—Planai, Hauser Kaibling, Reiteralm, and Hochwurzen—guarantees pure relaxation. Free Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card are included for our guests at Haus Silberdistel.

Ramsau am Dachstein’s 220-km network of cross-country trails, featuring all levels of difficulty, provides ideal conditions for both recreational skiers and elite athletes. The Dachstein Glacier, with its superbly groomed slopes, fantastic deep-snow runs, and varied fun park, makes Ramsau am Dachstein a sports paradise—not just in winter.

This cozy apartment features a living area with a couch, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker), and a cozy sitting area, as well as an entryway, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Balcony with a magnificent view of the vacation paradise Ramsau am Dachstein.
The apartment can be booked with either 2 or 3 bedrooms:

• Option 1 (approx. 66 m²): 1 double bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds (ideal for families with children)
• Option 2 (approx. 85 m²): 1 double bedroom, 1 smaller bedroom with 2 separate beds, and 1 additional double bedroom with a private bathroom
