Charming, comfortable, spacious house in beautiful surroundings
Pros: The house is very charming with many places inside and outside to sit. Many windows are equipped with mosquito netting and we don't often come across that. It was also now, in May, not an unnecessary luxury. The house was very clean on arrival. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and always available for questions and information. The unheated swimming pool was still too cold for us, but will undoubtedly provide cooling and fun in the summer period. The surroundings are beautiful and cities like Arezzo and Siena are easy to reach by car and within an acceptable travel time. The village of Villa a Sesta is within walking distance, has no shops, but four restaurants! We visited two -- not the Michelin starred ones. Excellent food at reasonable prices.
