The Space:

Beach-going families will find a welcoming retreat at this three-bedroom South Chatham home, a darling Cape Cod escape with a private deck and patio, a fenced yard, and a wonderful location within a short walk of the beach! This classic home sits a block off Main Street in South Chatham, just three-quarters of a mile from the shores of Forest Beach. Spend your days swimming and building sandcastles at Cockle Cove Beach one mile southeast, enjoy a change of scenery at Lighthouse Beach five miles east, and spend your evenings rooting for the Chatham Anglers at Veterans Field four miles east. Rinse off the day's sand in the outdoor shower, leave your beach bag by the door, and come inside to enjoy the conveniences of free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a full, open kitchen (with a dishwasher) for whipping up cold drinks and appetizers. Get the gas grill going on the patio, sit on the deck to share stories of the day's adventures, and end the evening with cable and DVD movies. Escape to beautiful Cape Cod today! *Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use. **Please also park in the driveway but on Wednesdays and Thursdays be careful to not park too close to the trash barrels as the vendor will need to be able to move them to dispose of trash. Stay was great. our predecessor left some clothing in the second drawer in the chest of the master bedroom. I found the keypad to be somewhat tricky, but it does work likewise for the lockbox.

Wonderful vacation home perfect for small family.

Great location and a nice, sunny house

Cute house with lots of natural light. The rooms are set up well and it’s a great location, with great access to so many towns. Also it was an easy walk / short drive to a couple nearby beaches.

Cute house close to downtown Chatham

We had a lovely stay here! The house was comfortable, clean, & had a great outdoor space to enjoy on nice days. The location was a convenient drive to Chatham's main street but also a central location to get to the north end of the cape for day trips. Would highly recommend for friends/family!
