The Sandbridge Dunes - Captains' Quarters 408



The Space:

Incredible views await at this two-story condo in Sandbridge, where you can admire the blue ocean, soaring pelicans, and playful dolphins for miles. Step inside to find a granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances and flatscreen smart TVs with built-in wireless capabilities, so you can watch a variety of streaming services in addition to regular TV. The three-bedroom floor plan boasts a loft as well, which serves as both an additional bedroom and a play area for the kids with a sectional sofa and a 60-inch TV. Enjoy ceramic tile in the foyer, the kitchen, and the bathrooms, as well as designer comforters in the bedrooms. There's even a jetted bathtub in the primary bedroom suite. Best of all, this condo is located in the heart of Sandbridge - within walking distance of the lifeguarded beach, the market, and shops. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. Things to Know Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided. The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches. The garage storage closet is not for guest use. Streaming is available using your own accounts. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Do not move furniture between rooms. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-00502 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Needs some carpet cleaning and cabinets are peeling in the kitchen. The condo was nice. Size was great. Location was excellent.

We loved the view of the beach all the way to the south end. Our kids really enjoyed watching the cars and trucks come and go, especially at the market. The upstairs loft is a perfect area for the kids and the additional bathroom is key. Would definitely rent again.

Great time and will return

We had a great experience staying in Sandbridge. The condo had everything we needed except extra blankets (if needed). Fully equipped kitchen; very comfortable beds.The pool was also opened which added more fun .We will return. Thanks again!

Spring Break

Had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was very spacious for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and there was a market right across the street. Easy, close beach access where we had fun catching crabs after dark.

Family Summer Vacay

First time in Sandbridge and had a blast. Would definitely go back. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious. Pool was cleaned daily. Condo had everything we needed. Really great place to stay with lots of family.

Highly recommend

Loved the condo. Plenty of space for all of us never felt crowded. The pool is awesome. Big enough for all to enjoy. Great location just short walk to ocean, restaurants and market. Watched dolphins and the sun rise right from the deck. Had plenty of plates, cups and everything else we needed.

Close to the beach and room to spread out

Really enjoyed the location and nearby restaurants, shops, and grocery store. We were too early in the season to use the pool but the community spaces like elevator and parking garage were well kept. I was surprised they would include multiple dishwasher and washing machine detergent pods but not any extra trash bags. Lesson learned to bring everything from salt and pepper to beach towels!

The condo was very spacious and clean. It could use some minor repairs. The two front bedrooms were much colder than the master bedroom. But overall, a very nice condo.

Perfect!

The size and quality of this place was A+! We had 5 adults and 3 children and it was perfect in allowing everyone have their own space. Especially enjoyed having the upstairs loft, where we slept 4 people and they used it as an extra family space. Parking spaces were right by the elevator, which was nice and the back was literally steps away. Highly recommend the doughnuts across the street at the market as an extra bonus. 5 stars!

The condo we stayed in was very roomy. We had a toddler with us and he had plenty of room to toddle around on the rainy days we had. We were very thankful. Happy toddler, happy adults. The condo was well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen had most anything you could need to feed a family of 6-12. The location of the condo was wonderful and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The restaurant across the street was surprisingly delicious with great service.

Fabulous family beach vacation

This condo is more spacious than I was expecting. It is a clean and secure place right at the beach. My family and I spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the boats and dolphins. Two things to note: bring toilet paper if you are staying longer than one night and make sure you have two codes before getting to the condo. A 4 digit one for the parking garage and elevator and a longer code to get into the condo. The parking spaces are quite tight so you have to be careful. We would stay here again, and I do not say that often.
