Beautiful Villa "Martina" with Sea View, Pool & A/C

Along the beautiful coastline between Olbia and Golfo Aranci, just a few minutes' drive from all amenities, is Villa Martina, which boasts large outdoor spaces and fantastic views of the gulf and the island of Tavolara. The house consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), sofa bed. It also has air conditioning, television, crib (on request for a fee) and baby seat (on request for a fee).

Outside you will find a large garden with a private pool and beautiful sea views as well as a covered terrace and barbecue area.

NB:The rental does not include the use of the hot tub.

The nearest beach is Cala Sassari, while along the coast you can find other beaches of fine sand, such as Spiaggia Bianca, Son Aranzos, Cala Banana, Bados, etc.

Parking available on the property. Check-in possible after 10:30 p.m. with an extra charge.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Schöne Villa, atemberaubende Aussicht aufs Meer.Nur knapp 20 Minuten vom Flughafen weg. Zum nähersten Strand nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto.Zu Fuß ist dieser Weg leider nicht empfehlenswert da die Villa weit oben aufm Berg ist. Gerne wieder

Fantastic villa with amazing views, especially of the sunrise.

Pros: The villa was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. We were welcomed warmly by Marco who explained everything to us and gave us useful tips on places to visit and local restaurants. Cons: Unfortunately the weather was bad for the whole of our stay so we were not able to enjoy the large pool and outdoor space as much as we had hoped to.

Séjour reposant et agréable.

Pros: Vue depuis la villa impressionnante. Cons: La complexité du tri des déchets. Beaucoup de fourmis en extérieur .. et qq une a l’intérieur.
