For shared use: garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 135 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Oct.). In the house: washing machine. Shop 50 m, grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 23 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 50 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bicycle rental 200 m, pub garden 50 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Malaga" 50 km, sandy beach "Burriana" 50 m, diving center 200 m. Sports harbour 20 km, marina 20 km, golf course (18 hole) 22 km, surf school 1.8 km, sailing school 20 km, tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Frigiliana, Almuñecar, Maro, Torre del Mar, Malaga, Granada. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Sierra Tejeda, Sierra Almijara. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Simple and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV, international TV channels, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Beautiful apartment

We had a fabulous holiday and the location was absolutely spot on the apartment was very clean and extremely spacious the only thing I would say negative about the apartment is that the bathrooms need updating especially the showers

Great Apartment

A little bit dated and maybe in need of an overhaul the apartment is well located with impressive views from the large balcony. All very clean with a great pool and easy access to beach and local restaurants. No aircon in the bedrooms so it did get a bit stuffy on a night. A small welcome pack was appreciated but a large bottle of water would be preferred to the bottle of olive oil supplied.Would definitely stay again.

Super Lage

Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Der Zustand leider sehr alt und vor allem gebraucht. Es bräuchte ein generelle Renovation. Die Unterkunft war soweit sauber. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt für Anspruchslose sicher akzeptabel. Es gibt im gleichen Gebäude viel viel schönere Apartments als Nr. 49 und das zum gleichen, ja sogar günstigeren Preis.

Nos ha gustado mucho

El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación, la piscina muy bien y luego pasar la carretera y bajando unas escaleras tienes la playa. La única pega es el Wifi que es comunitario y va muy mal. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Vacances géniales

Très bel emplacement avec vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne. À proximité du balcon de l'Europe et de la plage de burriana. Petits soucis avec le Wi-Fi mais résolus après quelques jours. Seul bémol, appartement très bien situé mais vieillot.
