. This non-smoking, 3-room vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Ferienpark apartment complex and features a furnished southeast-facing balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is approximately 55 square meters in size and suitable for 2 people. There is also room for a travel crib. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom has a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette is open to the living and dining area. The bathroom with a bathtub is located inside the unit.

Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Amenities in the area include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.

From around April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time.
