The entrance is located in the western part of the new building and leads directly into the living and dining area, which is connected to a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and coffee maker. The Scandinavian decor blends perfectly with modern elements, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Adjacent to the living area is the cozy bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (180×200 cm) and plenty of storage space for your clothes. For added flexibility, there’s a TV room with a pull-out couch (140 × 200 cm) that sleeps two more people. Here, you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. There is another TV in the bedroom.

The bathroom is bright and modern, featuring a walk-in shower for easy access. Fresh towels and a basic selection of toiletries are provided for your use.

One of the apartment’s highlights is the adjoining terrace, which is furnished with high-quality patio furniture and is perfect for cozy evenings outdoors. Here, you can enjoy the fresh air and unwind after a long day at the beach.

The house is located in a quiet area and offers barrier-free access to the beach, which is only 350 meters away (Section 25). For adventure seekers, the Föhr go-kart track “Föhrring” is nearby, thrilling visitors with its fast-paced turns and high speeds. The forest is also not far away and is perfect for relaxing walks and bike rides.
