The surrounding area is charming and made for hiking, for example in the forest Husby Klitplantage, by the North Sea and Ringkøbing Fjord and its tranquil harbors. Here you have all kinds of activities, including walks along the North Sea, surfing in Nissum Fjord and fishing at the fishing village of Thorsminde. In 28 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful commercial town of Ringkøbing, which is characterized by its red roofs and charming cobblestone streets.
