This home was clean and absolutely beautiful!! We had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Everything was seemingly brand new. The home has very recently been renovated and was decorated beautifully. We cooked several meals during our stay and the kitchen was equipped nicely with dishes as well as pots and pans. Not an issue, but the other tenant took up all of the parking so we had to park on the street. Overall we would book here again. Loved our stay! Highly recommend!

Pros: House was cute & had enough room for 3 adults, 2 -12yr olds, & a baby. It was clean & organized. Kitchen had enough dishes for us to cook and eat with. Beds were really comfortable!!! Had plenty of hangers for us to hang our clothes. Host responds quickly. Restaurants and stores nearby. Close enough to Ft.Benning. Cons: I was not aware the house was split to accommodate 2 families. Only a locked door at the top of the stairs separated us. A young couple stayed downstairs with their dogs. The dogs barked and we could hear them at the stairs. Anytime they cooked downstairs, we could smell their food cooking upstairs . The house would get pretty warm during the day. (It could definitely use more curtains.) Two fire alarms went off on different days in two different rooms. The TV in the living room had no power and Host had an extension cord delivered to us to plug into a different outlet. The remote controls they had to control the fans and lights in each room were a pain. They would turn on lights and turn off fans in the other rooms when messed with. The smaller restroom shower didn’t drain well.

Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes! We have one dedicated covered parking spot in back. The second spot is reserved for the downstairs unit. Additionally, street parking is available for free.

Q: Is there yard space?
A: Yes! We have a fenced backyard accessible from the left side of the home.

Q: Can I check in early or check out late?
A: Absolutely! Let us know ahead of time. Because this places extra time constraints on our cleaners, we charge a small fee of $25/hr for early check-in and late check-out.

Q: Do you have a pet fee?
A: Yes — $125 per stay. We love our furry friends! The fee covers the deep clean we do after pet stays so every guest, including those with allergies, walks into a fresh home.
