Guests are about 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes from Claytor Lake State Park, around 1 hour 15 minutes from Radford University, and about 1 hour 20 minutes from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. The home is also a great base for scenic drives, hiking, river access, and exploring the surrounding mountain and countryside areas.

Major destinations like Claytor Lake, Radford University, and Virginia Tech are best reached by car.

Guests who violate quiet hours will be notified once, and may be asked to leave after a second violation.
