Lake apartment Wörthsee

This stylish and modern basement apartment (approx. 40 square meters, built in 2021) offers everything you need for a relaxing stay right next to Lake Wörth. <br>A large, comfortable bed; a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher; a table with a wooden bench; underfloor heating; and a wooden deck right by the stream—all invite you to linger and enjoy the moment, whether it’s reading, dining, sipping a sundowner, or practicing yoga or working out…<br><br>The entire building was constructed using eco-friendly building methods in 2021.<br><br>We live upstairs as a small family.<br><br>Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.<br><br>If desired: guest sofa bed, yoga mat, baby crib/rollaway bed, toys for toddlers<br><br>There is no washing machine.<br><br>#In about a 5-minute walk, you can reach Lake Wörth (Wörthsee) with a swimming area, a children’s playground, and a kiosk (Il Kiosko, with Italian flair, delicious food and drinks; open year-round). <br><br>#A 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn (Steinebach), which goes to Munich (in about 40 minutes) or to Ammersee/Herrsching (2 S-Bahn stops). <br><br>#Beautiful surroundings in the 5-Lakes Region with a wide range of sports and cultural activities (e.g., golf, SUP, boat rentals, …) and great places to visit: Andechs Monastery, Lake Starnberg, Wieskirche in Steingaden, Garmisch with the Zugspitze, Linderhof Palace, Neuschwanstein Castle, the Bavarian Pre-Alps…<br><br>Parking right next to the carport<br><br>Shopping: A large Edeka supermarket is 2.2 km away, and a small fruit and vegetable shop is 600 m away.
