Whether you’re gathering for a quiet retreat or a fun-filled getaway, this serene property provides a superb setting to make lasting memories. Originally built in 1925, Sweetheart Cottage is a one of a kind stone cottage, originally designed by a Scottish Architect for Dr and Mrs Porter of Brocton, MA as their summer retreat. The Kings purchased the home in 2011 and took three years to rebuild the property, keeping all the beautiful historic features while modernizing the cottage fully with custom carpentry, and reclaimed materials throughout, Two new buildings were added, a guest cottage and large 4 bay garage/recreation area. Enjoy kayaking from the private white sandy beach, a hot tub, lawn games, a fire pit, and so much more. Provisioning and private catering is available by request.
