We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this property again. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for for our family trip. The location was great, and everyone in our group had a wonderful time.The only issue we encountered was when we arrived on Wednesday and discovered the air conditioning was not working. I contacted the owner, and within about 30 minutes he was at the property assessing the problem. Once he confirmed the issue, he immediately called a repair technician, and about an hour later the AC was up and running perfectly. We did not have a single problem after that.What impressed us most was the responsiveness and communication. Problems can happen anywhere, but what matters is how they are handled. The owner addressed the issue quickly, kept us informed, and even checked in with us afterward to make sure everything was going well.Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and a great property. We highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to stay here again.
