The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed dressed in soft linens, along with a convenient hanging closet for your belongings. It’s a quiet, restful space designed for a great night’s sleep after a day on the water or exploring town.

The living area offers two inviting lounge chairs—perfect for curling up with a book, enjoying conversation, or streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner cooktop and essential cookware, making it easy to prepare simple meals or snacks during your stay. Whether you’re brewing morning coffee or cooking a light dinner, you’ll have what you need. This unit also feature a dining table that seats 3.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and single vanity, offering a clean, modern space to refresh and unwind.

One of the true highlights of Fisher Flats is the private porch. With two cushioned chairs, privately encapsuled for your comfort. it’s the perfect place to start your morning with coffee or end your day with a peaceful sunset. Instead, you’ll find oyster-lined waterways, rich salt marshes, and a warm, welcoming artistic community. Placed off Highway 24, conveniently located right across the street from the infamous Annie`s Cafe!

-This unit does not authorize pets.
-Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the grassy area in front of the unit & boat parking is not available.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
