A detached townhouse of 65 m², fully refurbished and furnished in 2022, all on one level.
Just 100 metres from the beach and the promenade, Cours Blossac, Arago Market and all the shops. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Park your car or come by train (a 15-minute walk) and explore Les Sables d’Olonne on foot!
One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide), one bedroom with two single beds (80 cm wide), a living room with a sofa bed (120 cm), table, chairs, Wi-Fi, and a TV with Freebox. A fitted kitchen with fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine (all new), oven, coffee maker, citrus juicer and juicer. A shower room with washbasin. Separate toilet. Small patio for storing bikes, surfboards, etc. Roller shutters in all rooms.
Available: sun loungers, parasols, balls, board games, cool box, pétanque set. Cleaning equipment provided. Optional cleaning service: €60.
Bed linen and towels available on request: €60 per week.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday only.
