A lovely renovated home in a stellar location
We loved our stay at Outside Inn as a family of 4, including two young kids. The location is easily the best feature of this location, as it is mere steps from downtown Pacific Grove, and just a few blocks from easy and delicious restaurants, cafe, and a short couple of blocks to the nearby well-stocked Grove Market.
On top of that, the home has been remodeled - the kitchen is lovely, all electric, and modern/new appliances. Well-appointed with everything you could need, including a Keurig!
The bottom floor is spacious and a great space for relaxing, and serving as a home base for us and the family members we were traveling with. Because the bedrooms are all upstairs, it made it easy for the downstairs living/kitchen to serve as social/meal space. The beds are all incredibly comfy, and so nice to have a bunk bed as an option in one of the bedrooms!
Only a couple downsides that don't put a dent in the sweeping pluses of the entire property - more to be aware of what you're signing up for. There's no washer/dryer available, and only 1.5 baths.
Otherwise, this place is perfect for a group looking to spend time in Pacific Grove where you can have the option to get around without a car if needed. We had an amazing time and look forward to staying again in the future!
