Ferienwohnung Marienblick

The attic vacation apartment (40 square meters) is located in the Frankenvorstadt neighborhood, not far from the historic city center. You can reach Stralsund’s Old Town by walking along the Knieper Ponds—a 12-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a REWE supermarket (2 minutes away, open 7 a.m.–10 p.m.), a butcher, and a bakery. It’s about an 18-minute walk to the train station and about a 15-minute walk to the harbor and the Ozeaneum. The bus stop for lines 1, 3, and 7 is only about 300 meters away, and a playground is about 50 meters away

The vacation rental, last renovated in 2021, is located on the top floor of an apartment building constructed in 1939. Thanks to its central location, guests can enjoy an eventful stay not only in Stralsund but also on the island of Rügen and in the surrounding area.

Free street parking is available. A carport space located approximately 35 meters across from the house can be reserved for a fee. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable bike storage box in front of the house.

Guests have free access to a drying room in the house.



Marienblick Vacation Rental:

The 40-square-meter attic vacation rental is located on the second floor of a townhouse. It features a fully equipped kitchen (e.g., dishwasher, microwave, stove), a bathroom with shower/toilet and a washing machine, and a bedroom (bed 1.80 x 2.00 with separate mattresses) featuring a spacious closet and seating area. The living room, which overlooks St. Mary’s Church and features a sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00), includes a dining set. The vacation apartment is suitable for couples and families with up to one child under 16 years of age.

A travel crib and high chair are available on-site. The linens package, including bed linens, towels, and dish towels, is included.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
