The bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm bed, while the spacious bathroom, functional kitchen, island bar, dining area and large sofa make the home easy to enjoy for both short stays and longer escapes.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stovetop, bar fridge, kettle and toaster, and there is also a combined clothes washer and dryer for guest use. In cooler months, the fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere, while the deck is perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks and slow days overlooking the water.

Guests also have off-street parking and shared access to the property’s private beach and jetty. This is a peaceful, premium base for couples or solo travellers who want sea views, quiet surroundings and the Stockholm archipelago feeling — only around 30 minutes from central Stockholm.

The setting is quiet, residential and close to nature, so the outdoor areas are best suited for peaceful stays, swimming, slow mornings and relaxed time by the water.

The kitchen is compact but functional and suitable for breakfast, drinks, snacks and simple cooking. It includes a bar fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, kettle, toaster and basic cooking facilities.

The beach and jetty are accessed via the property’s outdoor area. Guests are responsible for their own safety when swimming, walking near the water or using the jetty, especially with children or in poor weather.

Parties, events, loud music and smoking are not permitted. The house has a noise and smoke monitoring device fitted. It does not record conversations or video; it only monitors noise levels and detects smoke.
