Villa Nova offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and air conditioning in every room for your comfort. You can easily stay connected or stream your favorite content while relaxing due to a high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the unit.

The first floor has a spacious, modern fully equipped kitchen, with kitchen island and a dining area. You will be able to prepare family meals with no trouble.
The living area has smart TV with Netflix account.
Next to the living area there is bathroom with washer/dryer.
There is also pantry equipped with household and laundry cleaning supplies

Staircase are leading to second floor, where 3 bedrooms are located, together with bathroom. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 have shared balcony with panoramic sea view. Each room has toilet table, wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has it's own balcony with stunning sea and city view and of course wardrobe, toilet table and air conditioning.


The Outdoor area is located in front of the living/dining and also in front of the kitchen. Villa offers a private heated pool 6 m x 3 m with panoramic sea view. There is also a sun deck with 3 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a outdoor dining area with a nicely organized patio and a barbecue next to it. A well-maintained natural grass lawn is an ideal safe surface for family outdoor activity and fun.

The Car is recommended and the property offers a private spacious parking plot. Parking is not covered and it is not fully gated.

House is located at the end of the street,so it allows special privacy for our guests.
Also important information is that the house is 70m (230ft) from the cemetery, so it is necessary to be careful about the noise level if a funeral is being held.
