The comfortably furnished Apartment No. 4 on the mezzanine level of the NAUTILUS building offers a direct and unobstructed lake view of the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, as well as the international shipping route with its impressive ships.

The apartment features a separate bedroom furnished with a double bed. The kitchen, which is separate from the living room, includes an oven and a dishwasher, among other amenities.

The living room has vinyl flooring and offers a stunning view of the North Sea. It also features a dining table that invites you to relax and unwind.

Dogs weighing up to 8 kg are welcome!

A new construction project is planned in the immediate vicinity; as of now, construction is scheduled to begin at the end of summer 2026. The construction work is expected to last for at least 18 months. During this time, there may be occasional noise and dust, particularly on weekdays.
