EAA AirVenture 2026! Convenient location, only 4.5 miles from EAA, & minutes from grocery/liquor store and fast food places. Has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 6 or more. With large backyard, porch and firepit. Beautifull recently updated home, with large back yard, firepit, and outside porch with table and chairs, a grill and a bag game to enjoy. 3 bedrooms, master is on 1st floor with king bed and ensuite bathroom. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, both have queen beds, are upstairs with a full bathroom between the rooms. The half bathroom is by the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen, large table with 6 chairs. Dry bar in the kitchen area. Large family room, and also a living room on 1st floor, both with large TV’s. Basement is completely finished with a large bar, TV and seating area, with a dartboard. More amenities include a 2 car garage, air conditioning and WIFI. 3 of the 4 TV’s have an Apple TV as a streaming device, the 4th TV has a ROKU streaming device. Close to grocery/liquor store, Aurora, Menards, Culver’s, McDonalds, and Subway all within walking distance, about 15 minutes, or a short drive of 4 minutes. Close to Hwy 41 also. We do have a cat, which will be boarded.
